Toes First offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee beginning on the date your order is delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your Toes First product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the full purchase price paid for the returned product.
If you change your mind, decide the product is not right for you, are dissatisfied, or simply no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Toes First.
If the product arrives damaged or defective, Toes First will provide a prepaid UPS return shipping label at no cost to you. You may then choose a replacement Toes First product, shipped after the returned product has been received, or a refund under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received.
To start a return, email toesfirsthb@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your name, your order number if available, and a description of the problem. Photographs may be requested.
The voluntary Toes First 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies for 30 days from delivery. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
