Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your Toes First purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Toes First product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the full purchase price paid for the returned product.

Once the returned product has been received, Toes First will process the refund.

If you change your mind, decide the product is not right for you, are dissatisfied with the product, or simply no longer want it, you may return it within 30 days of delivery and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Toes First.

Once Toes First receives the returned product, the refund of the full purchase price paid for the returned product will be processed.

If your Toes First product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Toes First within 30 days of delivery. Toes First will provide a prepaid UPS return shipping label at no cost to you.

To begin a return, email toesfirsthb@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your name, your order number if available, and a description of the problem. Photographs may be requested. We will confirm the return address and, for damaged or defective products, send a prepaid UPS return shipping label.

The voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee ends 30 days after delivery. Returns are not accepted after the 30-day period. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

The voluntary Toes First 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and the replacement option for damaged or defective products apply for 30 days from delivery. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
