Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and prepare it for shipment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or if there is a pricing or ordering error, and in that case any amount charged is refunded.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping unless stated at checkout. Payment is taken through our store's payment provider at the time of order.
Shipping
Orders ship from Bethel, Connecticut via USPS or UPS. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves our facility. Delivery timing depends on the carrier. See the Shipping Policy.
All sales are final
All Toes First sales are final. Toes First does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or after the product has been used. Please review the product information, directions, specifications, and Support information before purchasing.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact toesfirsthb@gmail.com with your name, your order number if available, and a description of the problem. Photographs may be requested. Toes First will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
This No Returns / All Sales Final Policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Warranty
The device is covered by the Toes First Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See the Limited Warranty page for coverage, exclusions, and claim instructions.
Safe use
Toes First is a dressing aid, not a medical treatment. Use it while seated in a stable chair and follow the directions supplied with the product. See the Product Use & Safety Disclaimer.
