Where reviews come from
Reviews and testimonials come from people who purchased or used the Toes First device and chose to share their experience with us by email, through the Support form, or through our store.
Verification
Reviews labelled as verified are from customers whose purchase we were able to confirm in our order records.
Editing
We may shorten a review for length or correct obvious spelling and punctuation errors. We do not change the meaning, sentiment, or rating of a review. Names may be shortened to a first name and last initial for privacy.
Compensation
We do not pay for reviews and we do not offer discounts, free product, or other incentives in exchange for a positive review. If a reviewer ever received anything of value, that will be disclosed with the review.
What we do not do
- We do not write or invent reviews.
- We do not suppress reviews solely because they are critical.
- We do not republish a review that a customer has asked us to remove.
Individual results
Reviews describe individual experiences. Toes First is a dressing aid, not a medical treatment, and results depend on the person, the sock, and how the device is used.
